Social Media Campaign

It is important for our entire community to help promote this one of a kind marketing effort! I have created a social media campaign for the entire village of West Liberty to maximize free exposure utilizing each business location's social media reach. Below are step by step instructions for maximum exposure. If as you read this, you are not comfortable with the process or don't have the time, please reach out to me and we can discuss having Berry Digital Solutions, LLC complete your campaign for you. Again, it is crucial that every business participates in this campaign to maximize the success of the project. STEP 1 - Share your location's virtual tour on your Facebook page.

Start a new Facebook post and copy and paste your link from the list below. Once you see the link populate, delete the text link and replace it with a message from your business. I would suggest something like "Have you visited our location lately? CLICK ON THE PICTURE TO TAKE A 3D-VIRTUAL REALITY TOUR!"
We will also be using the hashtag #WestLiberty200

​I would post this during your busiest traffic hour on Facebook this weekend. You can find this information by clicking on your insights section of Facebook. I would encourage you to share this on your personal page along with friends, family, and employees approximately 48 hours after you post it on your business page. Step 2 - Embed your virtual tour on your website

Copy and paste your virtual tour embed code in your website editor or software. If you have a website guy, just email the code to them to update it for you. If you are a Berry Digital Solutions client, this will be completed for you. If you don't have a website, we can create one for you specifically for this campaign. Contact Ryan for more details.

​Copy and Paste the final embed code to put on your website. If you are sending this to your webmaster, feel free to send him a link to this page.

Step 3 - Schedule a Facebook post for next week that shares your website promoting that your tour can be found there. 

You can copy and paste the exact page your tour is embedded on by copying and pasting the link in your web browser. Again, after the link populates, delete the text and replace it with what you would like to say to encourage traffic to your website to see the tour. This is a great way to promote the tour and increase traffic to your website. Continue to use the hashtag #WestLiberty200

Step 4 - Schedule a post on Facebook to share the myWestLiberty.com link

Schedule a post for next weekend and copy and paste the link below. I would encourage you to say something that links into 200 years and the bicentennial. Again, we are using the hashtag #WestLiberty200
